Colorado Tents and Events is proud of the relationships we have built with you our customer over the years. The convenience of our location and selection of rental items may have brought you here, but we know the personalized service, quality of equipment, experience and knowledge of events and our professional staff will bring you back time and again. When renting from Colorado Tents and Events you won't have to worry about being embarrassed by our equipment, service or staff. If you don't look good, we don't look good...and we are always looking good!
Here are a few of our services you may wish to take advantage of:
Rental Set-up & Tear- Down
We know and understand you have a lot to do on the day of your event. We are more than happy to assist you with setting up and tearing down your rental equipment for an additional labor charge. The services and prices are listed below and arrangements need to be made at least 10 days prior to your event. Please keep in mind that set-up and tear-down are included in the price of items our professional staff are required to set-up such as framed tents etc.
Chairs: $1.50 per chair for set-up and $1.50 per chair for tear-down.
Tables: $2.50 per Table for set-up and $2.50 per Table for tear-down.
Many people ask us for assistance in setting up linens and table settings, however, these are services your caterer or other on-site event vendor would usually provide as we tend to deliver most equipment the day before or earlier in the day of the event. To prevent these items from getting dirty we have chosen to allow your caterer or other event vendor assist you with this.
Planning and Consultation
Once a deposit is paid and our services and equipment are secured for you and your event, we offer many unique and common sense services at no additional charge.
Planning: Our sales and event managers have the experience and keen eye for details in planning many different kinds of events. Feel free to ask for as much or as little assistance as you would need in putting together your event. From timelines to logistic details, food and beverage needs to linen design and table layout we're here to help.
Wedding Planning: We are more than happy to assist you with some of the basic needs of your wedding and provide you some good tips for planning as well as guide you to some of our preferred vendors for all of the different services you'll be looking for, however, we have chosen to utilize the expert services of professional wedding planners to better assist you with the week of timeline, the day of timeline and the one-on-one attention you deserve on your big day. Event Design and Layout: We know it is very helpful to have a visual aid for the layout of your event. We can provide a topical view with scale drawings of your event layout. This is a very useful tool for us to ensure set-up is exactly how you want it. It is also a great tool to give to your friends/family to help you set-up how you want it. Add this service for only $100.
Linen Design: Need help in bringing a visual element to your event without the expense of a full on decor company? Linens are a great way to capture the essence and feel you want without a huge added expense. Our sales and event managers can help design a stunning linen combination with you.
Rental delivery is not included on the listed prices. Delivery prices are dependent on the location, not how much is being delivered.
Please contact your sales and events manager to determine what the delivery rate is for your event location.
If you would like to save the cost of delivery and pick-up and return yourself, please feel free to do so. We have a warehouse crew that will assist you in loading your vehicle and unloading your vehicle at our warehouse. Once equipment is picked-up you are fully responsible for the safeguard and care of the equipment, we recommend bringing tie-down equipment if you choose to pick-up yourself.
Product Use Demonstration
We don't expect you to understand how to use absolutely everything under the sun, however, we want to help you learn!
When you rent any of our self set-up equipment items, please schedule a few extra minutes to come to our showroom and fully understand how they work. This could include but not limited to pop-up tents, canopy tents, pop corn machine, cotton candy machine, snokone machine, LCD Projector etc. Each of these items will come with a product guide for you to reference, however, sometimes its more convenient for you to learn directly from us.
Once the equipment is in your hands, you are fully responsible for the safeguard and care of it. Failure to properly understand and use the equipment could result in damage that you will be responsible to cover the expense of repair.
